PCD BLANK DISC
PCD cutting tool blanks are composed of diamond powder and tungsten carbide in high temperature and pressure. They have the high hardness and abrasion resistance of nature diamond, and combined with the tungsten carbide toughness. Its life is 10 to 100 times of tungsten carbide cutters.
PCD cutting tool blanks are widely used for the machining of non-ferrous metals and alloys, such as aluminum, copper, zinc, as well as nonmetallic materials such as wood, fibre, ceramics, chipboard, plastic, rubber, etc, where high abrasion resistance and good surface finish are required.
The products are available in 5μm,10μm,25μm and mixed grain sizes.
