Mono synthetic diamond (HPHT)

Mono synthetic diamond products are produced by high pressure, high temperature(HPHT) synthesis, has highly consistent and predictable properties and behaviour.

Features:

1. High hardness, good wear resistance, can be widely used in cutting, grinding and drilling.

2. High thermal conductivity, good electrical insulation,can be as heating panel for semiconductor device.

Size:1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.2mm, 2.4mm, 2.6mm, 2.8mm, 3.0mm,4.0mm,5.0mm…10.0mm etc.

Weight: for small sizes: 1ct for 5pcs, 1ct for 7pcs, 1ct for 8pcs, 1ct for 9pcs, 1ct for 12 pcs, 1ct for 17pcs etc.  

For big sizes: 0.3ct-10ct /pcs.

Applications:

1. applied to all kinds of high quality cutting tool;
