PCD CUTTED TIPS
The PCD blank is used in many different fields including aviation, car industry, electronics, wood and stone industry. It applies to various materials such as nonferrous metal, tungsten carbide, ceramic, nonmetal and composite materials.
Materials:
PCD Tips are manufactured from home made raw PCD blanks, also PCD from world famous companies including Element Six, DI (GE), ILJIN, SMITH,SUMITOMO and TOMEI, etc.
Cutting Technology:
Laser Cutting or Wire EDM Cutting.
Types:
The normal shape is round, also could be cut into non-standard shapes, such as rectangular, square, triangle, rhombus, ring, sector, etc. Other shapes are available as request.
