TSP

Thermal stable poly-crystalline diamond (TSP) is an non-tungsten carbide-backed poly poly-crystalline diamond product, which is manufactured by the same ultra-high pressure and high temperature techniques as other PCD products. It is thermally stable up to 1200 degree. It is typically suitable for mining bits and oil drilling bits.

Features:

High thermal stability, high wear resistance and impact resistant capability, dense homogeneous structure, etc.

Available shape: Cubes, Cylinders, Cones, Discs, Rectangles, Triangles, Hexagon, hemispheres, oval, special-shaped, as well as Ni/Ti Plated TSP, etc.

Applications: As gauge protector and drilling cutters inserting for rock cutter machines and mining core drill bits for geological, quarrying,construction and machinery. Typical TSP for drilling soft rocks with hardness 3-6 degrees, such as lime rock, marble, shale, etc, TSP with coarse grains formations for medium to hard rock .Also can be used in anywhere that high abrasion resistance and toughness.
